Flow Pavilion
We chose the grassy area by Ngo Quyen street to set up the Pavilion Dòng. This lawn has a certain signifi-cance as it aligns directly with the central axis of Tonkin Palace, which is now the State Guest House
Dòng (meaning as the Flow) Pavilion features a simple design comprised of two staircases positioned diagonally. One facing Tonkin Palace, the other towards the Toad Foun-tain which is being renovated.
Their connecting point is a balcony that is level with the interior hall of the Tonkin Palace. As visitors ascend the staircases, it's certain that each * one would have unique discoveries and experiences. The Eucalyotus tree trunks normally being used in con-struction now are chosen to weave into a coat, which bringing a rustic and natural beauty for the installation work.
