AME
AME project is the second restaurant after the first successful project “Yatts”, which is built with the aim of bringing food experience that come from Thailand.
The restaurant is refurbished from a terrace house on Nguyen Chanh street, Ha Noi with a limited building area. The core of the space is an orange stair which folded in an unexpected way leading diners to a delightful food journey.
It would be interesting surprises when guest encountering dazzling worm cocoons or Dó paper wall shining like a giant lantern in Thailand’s Loy Krathong festival. But sometime the space become really deep due to the mystical black theme coming from the feeling of raw bricks and hudreds of thin steel threads.
